Some people may or may not have seen this floating around Tumblr before.. but this is about a year old now and I’d previously posted it via my personal blog/eatsleepdraw.
Thought it needed to be on my actual art blog for a change!

I am a huge Alexisonfire fan, in case anyone didn’t know :)

A4 mock-ups of the ‘Monster’ poster set.
Not the best quality, but originally red type before choosing the black gloss on matte, and different typefaces on each piece instead of just the one throughout, and not properly typeset yet!
Rips on the final A3 set got messy, so will post up a brand new printed set soon!

Part of a set of posters I’d created for the song ‘Monster’ by Kanye West.
One of five, I need to reprint all of them, though.. which I’ll do at some point when the third years are all finished!

Went to the penultimate day of Pick Me Up at Somerset House yesterday! There was a little ‘Portraits of the Past’ thing, and yesterday’s description was this:
Tight black curled hair sits upon just the top of his head. With eyes that crease as his smile spreads beneath his two small round cheeks . With short shorts and legs like tree trunks. A black tar covers his feet and his soles are covered in small mountains. With one leg higher than his head as he kicks the moon.
Mine is the top left. This is why I don’t do illustrations that often anymore!
